One-day summit at NH Hotel, Sandton pairs hands-on customer experience workshops with the Customer Experience Africa Awards (CXA).

Johannesburg, South Africa: The CEM Africa, Johannesburg Edition takes place on Thursday, 20th of November 2025 at the NH Hotel, Sandton, convening senior CX leaders for a full day of practical workshops, peer learning and curated networking, culminating in the prestigious Customer Experience Africa Awards (CXA) that evening.

Programme highlights

Built as a one-day, multi-room programme, CEM Johannesburg is designed for execution and measurable impact across leadership, data and AI. Expect case-led content, candid discussion and actionable toolkits that help teams convert CX strategy into business outcomes.

Focus areas include:

  • Applied AI in the contact centre: agent assist, knowledge management and clear governance to scale what works.
  • Omnichannel orchestration with a human touch: reduce friction through smart self-service while maintaining empathy.
  • Insight to action: turn journey analytics and voice-of-customer signals into a prioritised improvement backlog.
